Low Season Rent

April 15th to December 14th, $90 a night

High Season Rent

December 15 to April 14, $125 a night

Bookings for 4 or more weeks

Low Season Rent: $550/week

High Season Rent: $750/week

Weekly and Daily rates based on double occupancy.

$10 extra per night per person (up to 4 max)

All rates are subject to change without notice.

Cleaning fees: $90 for bookings shorter than 7 days, $50 for bookings 7 days or longer.

Taxes: 13.42% Mandatory Hawaii State Tax applies to all bookings

Reservations must be secured with a $300 deposit within 7 - 10 days of reservation / $600 for 28+ days reservation.

Credit Card information required in lieu of security deposit.

Full payment due October 15th for any booking from December 1st through January 1st.
Full payment is required 45 days prior to arrival. Deposit is retained if cancellation notice is given within 45 days of arrival.
Payments accepted in Checks, Money orders and Credit Cards, as detailed below:
- Checks or Money orders in US funds only, made out to: Maui Kihei Condo Rentals LLC. Contact owners for mailing address.
- Credit Cards accepted with 4% surcharge. Contact owner directly to arrange.
Check-in time is 3 p.m. or later. Check-out time 11 am. Unless agreed otherwise with owners.

Arrival Details:

Unit will be cleaned prior to your arrival and have basic start-up toiletries.
Foodland, a 24 hour Supermarket, is 1 mile from the complex. Other stores in Kihei include Times Super Market and Safeway. Costco, K-Mart and Wallmart are located in Kahului.
A laundry facility is located on the premises next to the pool.
Check in requied with Kihei Kai Nani Office Staff upon arrival to obtain parking pass.
Parking lot speed 5mph.
Quiet time 10pm to 7am daily.
Pets are not allowed in the complex.
