Deposit less $50.00 is refunded if cancellation notice is received 30 days prior to arrival. Exception: Christmas Bookings Full payment due October 15th for any booking from December 1st through January 1st. 4 night minimum at daily rate Full payment is expected 30 days prior to arrival Deposit is retained if cancellation notice is given within 30 days of arrival Extra person per day is $15.00 At least one guest must be over 21 years of age Check-in and Check-out times will be determined on flight arrangements and negotiated in advance Kihei Kai Nani Office Staff are available for all questions about Maui and provide parking passes for all guests upon arrival. Flight arrangements must be submitted 30 days prior to arrival. Note: No maid service is available. Your unit will be cleaned prior to your arrival and have minimal toiletries available until you are able to acquire them. Foods, spices and beverages left by previous tenants are there for your use. There is a laundry facility 12 feet from the condo and markets including Star Market, Safeway, (both in Kihei) and COSTCO and K-Mart located in Kahului. Information regarding condo maintenance and lock-box access code is provided once full payment has been received. |
